The Lunge Walk

You bend both knees while lowering yourself to the bottom- do not hit the ground, but try and squat down as far as possible. This is an excellent exercise- it is good resistance exercise- with both hands on the handle of the stroller and then bending your knees while at the same time pushing away from the stroller will pull at your belly and you will feel the effect. It is also a great way to strengthens your upper back, while coming up off the squat.
SAFETY FIRST
Make sure you are walking in a safe area away from the noise and traffic, but at the same time
in a safe location -where people can see YOU.
Clothing:

Shoes:
Wear appropriate shoes when outdoor - sneakers are preferably as they will grip a smooth surface more easily.
